I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC61290710) who works with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational struggles, spiritual harm, questions around spirituality, and those exploring their sexual and/or gender identity. My therapeutic approach comes from relational psychodynamic, narrative, and client centered models. This means that I believe that our therapeutic relationship is a crucial part of our work in that it creates a safe place to explore painful and confusing experiences in a safe place.

My practice is Social justice-oriented, queer/poly/kink friendly, HAES+ minded, and welcoming of persons with disabilities and/or chronic illness.
